Seahiking is exercising
It’s actually a lot of playing, but that still provides for a full workout
– Michael
Seahiking is enjoyment
Every week is a new surprise. It makes me so happy, and when I get home I feel completely fit again.

Seahiking is immersing in nature
Lots of people enjoy the sea. But they mostly do so from a distance. Seahiking means enjoying the sea while being in it, and that’s amazing.
– Tako
Seahiking is disconnecting
What I like most about seahiking is that, for a while, it’s the only thing you have on your mind. And nothing else.
– Daphne
Seahiking is playing
When the waves are strong, it’s a bit more of a quest. Do you stay close to the beach where the waves are a bit lower? Or do you dive into the waves? Or jump over them? That’s another very playful element. You can simply find your own spot, where you feel safe and decide how you want to handle the waves

Seahiking is for you
If you love outdoor sports. If you love adventure. If you want to move in a completely different way… then, sehaiking is the sport for you! And if you’re thinking, ‘I shouldn’t do it because it’s too cold’ – nonsense. It’s very doable. Definitely not too cold.
